With more than 25 years of experience in the Hotel and Restaurant industry which included owning Paragary’s Bar & Oven, Fair Oaks Blvd and Folsom, Cafe Oaxaca, The Cantina and a chain of Zinfandel Restaurants. After relocating to the Monterey Peninsula John joined the Pebble Beach Company as General Manager in the food and beverage department.  John transitioned into full time Real Estate in 2005 going on to become the Keller Williams Realty KW Commercial Director for Monterey County.  John is not only a specialist in both Sales and Leasing, his knowledge of commercial real estate, residential real estate, property management and business consulting only adds to the value he brings to his clientele.
